In addition to the lovingly executed rehabilitation of the building, the interior spaces imbued with the personal style of the design-savvy client leave an enticing impression. gebaut The former Hoffmann-La Roche office building from the 1960s signalled the first-ever use of the curtain wall technique in Vienna. When transforming the building into a hotel, the façade, which is under monument protection, was preserved, as were the staircase and supporting structure. The monolithic position of the edifice was recovered by demolishing a latter annexe.
