wienarchitektur.at With sincere dedication and commitment to the principles of ecological housing construction, the City of Vienna decided to build Europe’s largest passive house development near Belvedere Palace. The original master plan by Norman Foster submitted in 1999 was followed by an urbanistic ideas competition. The already implemented construction stage embodies the manifold formal languages of renowned architectural studios and landscape planners.
