gebaut This project resulted in a residential building whose position at the corner of Brunnengasse and Grundsteingasse near popular Brunnenmarkt, combined with the different building heights of the adjoining houses, called for a differentiated urbanistic intervention. The southern façade, which faces Grundsteingasse and was also conceived for its effect over some distance, was designed with bright surfaces and horizontal windows. Conversely, the market façade is deep and features loggias. The roof storey in the Brunnenmarkt section takes the form of an independent element extending over the cubic main volume. A profile view reinforces this impression.
