gebaut Its situation along a heavily trafficked street in a Gründerzeit neighbourhood with largely built-up backyards exerted a strong influence on the design of this housing development. While the sequence of ground-floor living zones is grouped around a small but lovely greened courtyard, the rooms above are wide open to the courtyard and street. However, the true trump cards of this project are the shared facilities housed on the second roof storey: a communal terrace and communal room set a special architectural accent.
