gebaut The structural elements of the former winegrowing farm and later wine tavern “Zur Reblaus” (“Phylloxera”) were comprehensively rehabilitated, adapted and enlarged for the purposes of residential use. The intention was to preserve the charming overall impact and atmosphere of the complex, to increase housing quality by means of targeted improvement and refurbishment and to create interiors and exteriors that derive their quality from the existing historic substance.
