gebaut After the partial demolition of a building, a new six-storey office and residential block was erected in Bonygasse. The strictly orthogonal façade is structured by projections and recesses done in fair-faced concrete as well as by façade panels. The pre-existing building stock in Tivoligasse was extended by one two-storey roof volume that creates a measure of tension between historic legacy and contemporary architecture.
