gebaut To modernise the building shell and in-house utilities as well as enlarge the office space, the refurbishment and addition preserve the key structures of the volume. The pre-existing fair-faced concrete façade with its vertically grooved surface was complemented with insulated multi-skin sheets. The building is connected to the street by ramps; a roof terrace was added, and the open-air zone was redesigned.
