2010

FunctionResidential
gebaut The building is situated on a small plot adjoining a park. The façade, a concrete shell, covers the surface panels like a skin and is punctuated by diagonal apertures that create different spatial situations on the inside. This spatial load-bearing structure – which resembles a “hollow container”, as it were – is supported by slanting, continuous pillars. In this way, the ground floor is partly detached from the pavement yet at the same time offers space for access by car as well as a glazed bicycle storage room.
