Based on a contemporary interpretation of dormer and bay windows, it was possible to develop a tranquil volume pared down to the truly essential. The tenant gardens are not divided by fences and linked by low mounds covered in plants as well as a uniform lighting concept. The green lawns are punctuated by “catwalks” (fair-faced concrete terraces).
