gebaut This former industrial complex was raised in height and complemented by additional staggered attic storeys. The window apertures of the pre-existing, white-plastered base zone were left unchanged. The annexe was cladded in fibre cement boards, given generously sized ribbon windows and window elements spanning more than one storey. Large-format bay windows and large-volume dormers preserve the industrial character of the building.
