gebaut The flats’ and offices’ interplay with the world outside was optimised by means of a square-type widening of the street, and the urbanistic scale of the adjacent Gründerzeit edifices was maintained. The façade re-interprets the style of the strongly articulated façades of the surrounding buildings through the depth of its structure and the type of materials used. Together with the sunscreen grid done in expanded stainless steel, the façade contour dominates the design and emphasises the eaves height and the base.
