gebaut The centre of this four-storey building with one flat, one office and three maisonette apartments is provided by an interior courtyard open to the sun, which links the two lower levels to the middle one and ensures light incidence. All units feature two-level south-facing terraces that open the building towards the garden, while the street front with its scaly façade done in folded aluminium shingles is austere and reserved.
