“Affordable housing for young people” was the task set for this project. The new project was implemented cost-efficiently based on a clearcut structural programme combined with architectural highlights. The variety of flat layouts and sizes meets the widely differing needs of young families. The roof garden offers communal spaces with terraces, flowerbeds and vegetable patches.
