gebaut To ensure that the transition from old to new building stock would not be too abrupt, the fourth upper storey was recessed and done in a different colour scheme. The small-scale façade shingles of the volume above endow the addition with a certain elasticity. The windows are accented by frames as a counterweight to the pre-existing stock.
