gebaut The façades were designed with two-storey window elements, resulting in a vertical structuring effect. The corner zone is emphasised by two balconies for the top storey in Prinz-Eugen-Strasse, while a table-style addition was conceived as a counterweight for the corner tower opposite. The natural stone cladding is rendered palpable by the varying textures employed.
