gebaut 'The deliberately visible concrete skeleton underlines the essential character of this building, a former metalware factory. The original ribbon windows were replaced by timbered passe-partouts with designed window elements, while the façade facing Ignazgasse now features variously placed projecting bow fronts. The apartment concept provides for maisonettes extending over the whole building width, with links to the street and courtyard. The circulation routes are oriented towards the courtyard.
