The Centre for Geriatric Medicine offers assisted living and a nursing home. The volume continues the perimeter development on Graffitistrasse and caps the streetscape with a striking projection. The roof garden with a view of the Kabelwerk housing development, Wienerberg Hill and the courtyard as well as the therapeutic garden are inviting and restful. The centre complies with the klima:aktiv building requirements.
