gebaut The angles and rows of this development create three spatially differentiated courtyard situations. The angular volume provides a noise barrier to the shunting tracks of the Austrian Federal Railways. Analogously to freight cars, timber boxes are stacked one atop the other at four levels along the arcade. The garden fronts are characterised by loggias with sliding shutters. The materials are pared down to light-coloured plaster, dark fibre cement boards, timber and steel elements.
