gebaut Two residential buildings were constructed on three plots along the street fronts of a Gründerzeit block. A pre-existing workshop building in the courtyard was converted into dwellings. The one-storey, continuous ground-floor zone links the volumes and offers space for generous greening. The façade design, which reflects the circulation system, endows the buildings with its unique look.
