yova The passive energy housing block is a compact volume. It was opened up towards the neighbouring development to allow the apartments receive direct sunlight. The continuous surrounding balconies and loggias ensure that all the apartments have a maximum amount of outdoor space, which can be accessed from every room. The building’s lozenge-like external shape is taken up by the outdoor space. The residents can cover the railings, the final space-shaping edge to the outside, with planting and in this way participate in their design.
