yova Steirereck is among the best restaurants in the world. The concept for the new extension is developed from the individual table. The special layout of the tables, the large, electrically operated, vertically sliding windows and the slightly reflective metal façade that seems covered with a coat of dew give guests in this new pavilion the feeling that they are sitting outdoors and yet also in their own home. The extension is new but also cosy, a background and a strong architectural statement at one and the same time.
gebaut The architectural concept for this restaurant annexe places every single table at the centre of attention and generates an aluminium-cladded pavilion with niches. The clearances between the niches are glazed with electric sash windows that, when open, project from the pavilion – in this way, patrons sit “outdoors”.
