The most notable stylistic element is a re-interpretation of traditional Viennese block architecture and its characteristic façade structure. Individual buildings designed as multi-unit dwellings for approx. 220 flats encircle courtyard zones and provide for private green spaces. Tranquil ground-floor areas form a base, while staggered loggias and winter-gardens define the façade outlook.
