wienarchitektur.at With this project composed of 250 flats in multipart blocks with projecting, spacious verandas, terraces and bays, the architect has created an alternative to closed linear blocks. Light incidence, visual links and optimised functionality are the formal key parameters of a housing project that offers high open space quality despite substantial condensation.
