The two wings of the corner building, set at right angles, and the staircase placed in-between blend excellently with the existing Gründerzeit block. In addition to the clearcut layout, typical characteristics of the design include façade-determining sliding elements that close off the loggias as well as specially produced fitted furnishings as space dividers.
